# Problemi di connessione ad Azure SQL

Ecco un elenco di verifiche per aiutarla a risolvere i problemi in caso di mancato accesso e connessione con Azure SQL in Remote Desktop Manager.

* L'utente è stato aggiunto/creato in Remote Desktop Manager?
* Il nome utente è scritto allo stesso modo in Azure e in Remote Desktop Manager?
* Il nome del database è scritto allo stesso modo in Azure e in Remote Desktop Manager?
* Confronti la configurazione dello spazio di lavoro con una funzionante di un altro utente in ***File – Spazi di lavoro***.
  * Se continua a non funzionare, [esporti e importi la configurazione dello spazio di lavoro (.rdd)](/rdm/it/getting-started/workspaces/import-and-export-a-workspace.md) dall'utente funzionante.
  * Chieda all'utente per cui funziona di avviare una connessione con le proprie credenziali. In questo modo si conferma che è possibile stabilire una connessione al database Azure da questa istanza di Remote Desktop Manager.
    * Se funziona, modifichi le credenziali in Remote Desktop Manager con quelle dell'utente per cui l'accesso non riusciva inizialmente e riprovi con tali credenziali.
    * In caso contrario, installi SSMS e provi a connettersi con lo stesso utente non funzionante e lo stesso metodo di autenticazione per verificare che sia possibile stabilire una connessione al database Azure.
