# AggregateException - one or more errors occurred

Durante una connessione a Devolutions Cloud, Remote Desktop Manager restituisce un errore che inizia con il testo seguente:

AggregateException - One or more errors occurred.
at Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.RDMOProxy.RDMOWebApiClient.Login(String datasourceID, Boolean forcePromptLucid, String source)
```

A seconda della causa esatta dell'errore, diverse opzioni possono risolvere questo problema.

### Soluzione 1

1. Vada in ***File – Impostazioni – Applicazione – Proxy (Web) – Impostazioni proxy***.
2. Se non ha configurato un proxy personalizzato, provi l'opzione ***Predefinito di sistema***. Se non funziona, riprovi con ***Nessun proxy***.
3. Se si trova in un ambiente di team, le consigliamo di consultare il suo amministratore per sapere se deve utilizzare un proxy personalizzato specifico.

### Soluzione 2

1. Vada in ***File – Devolutions Account***.
2. Deselezioni l'opzione ***Accesso automatico all'avvio***.

### Soluzione 3

1. Vada in ***File – Impostazioni – Sicurezza*** e scorra fino in fondo alla pagina.
2. In ***Sicurezza dei certificati***, abiliti ***Ignora errori del certificato dell'applicazione*** e disabiliti ***Verifica revoca del certificato del server***.
