# Problemi con il servizio di ottimizzazione del runtime .NET

Alcuni utenti riscontreranno un problema su Windows 7 con Remote Desktop Manager e riceveranno il seguente messaggio di errore:

### Soluzione 1

Se possibile, aggiorni la sua versione di Windows 7. Microsoft 7 SP1 supporta NET 4.8 ma la data di fine degli [Extended Security Updates (ESU)](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/windows-7-eos-faq/windows-7-extended-security-updates-faq) di Windows è gennaio 2023.

### Soluzione 2

Usi la modalità compatibilità come soluzione alternativa.

1. Faccia clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sul collegamento di Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Selezioni ***Proprietà*** dal menu contestuale.
3. Faccia clic sulla scheda ***Compatibilità***.
4. Selezioni ***Esegui il programma in modalità compatibilità per***.
5. Selezioni la versione di Windows nel menu a discesa.
6. Faccia clic su ***OK***.
