# Gestire le variabili personalizzate

Crei e gestisca variabili personalizzate in Remote Desktop Manager a livello di applicazione, cassaforte o sistema per utilizzarle in voci e spazi di lavoro.

Remote Desktop Manager dispone di elenchi di tutte le variabili personalizzate, che possono essere create, modificate o eliminate in tre posizioni diverse in base all'uso previsto.

1. In ***File*** – ***Impostazioni*** – ***Applicazioni*** – ***Variabili personalizzate***: ogni variabile personalizzata richiede almeno un ***Nome*** e un ***Valore***. Queste sono specifiche dell'utente e possono essere utilizzate in tutti gli spazi di lavoro.
2. In ***Amministrazione*** – ***Impostazioni della cassaforte*** – ***Visualizza*** – ***Variabili***: ogni variabile personalizzata richiede almeno un ***Nome***, un ***Valore*** e una ***Descrizione***. Tutti gli utenti che hanno accesso alle ***Impostazioni della cassaforte*** possono vederle e utilizzarle, ma possono essere utilizzate solo in quella specifica cassaforte.
3. In ***Amministrazione*** – ***Impostazioni di sistema*** – ***Comune*** – ***Variabili personalizzate***: ogni variabile personalizzata richiede almeno un ***Nome***, un ***Valore*** e una ***Descrizione***. Tutti gli utenti che hanno accesso alle ***Impostazioni della cassaforte*** possono vederle e utilizzarle, ma possono essere utilizzate solo in quello specifico spazio di lavoro.
