# Gestire le variabili personalizzate

Remote Desktop Manager dispone di elenchi di tutte le variabili personalizzate, che possono essere create, modificate o eliminate in tre posizioni diverse a seconda dell'uso previsto.

1. In ***File*** – ***Impostazioni*** – ***Applicazioni*** – ***Variabili personalizzate***: ogni variabile personalizzata richiede almeno un ***Nome*** e un ***Valore***. Queste sono specifiche per l'utente e possono essere utilizzate in tutti gli spazi di lavoro.

2. In ***Amministrazione*** – ***Impostazioni cassaforte*** – ***Visualizza*** – ***Variabili***: ogni variabile personalizzata richiede almeno un ***Nome***, un ***Valore*** e una ***Descrizione***. Tutti gli utenti che hanno accesso alle ***Impostazioni cassaforte*** possono vederle e utilizzarle, ma possono essere usate solo in quella specifica cassaforte.

3. In ***Amministrazione*** – ***Impostazioni di sistema*** – ***Comune*** – ***Variabili personalizzate***: ogni variabile personalizzata richiede almeno un ***Nome***, un ***Valore*** e una ***Descrizione***. Tutti gli utenti che hanno accesso alle ***Impostazioni cassaforte*** possono vederle e utilizzarle, ma possono essere usate solo nello specifico spazio di lavoro.
