# Caricare dalle informazioni di sistema

Utilizzi la funzionalità Carica dalle informazioni di sistema in Remote Desktop Manager per visualizzare i dettagli di configurazione delle voci nei computer remoti tramite RDP e WMI.

La funzionalità ***Carica dalle informazioni di sistema*** consente di visualizzare la configurazione di una voce, il che è utile se si dispone di un gran numero di computer.

La funzionalità è disponibile facendo clic con il pulsante destro del mouse su una voce e accedendo a ***Proprietà*** – ***Asset*** – ***Carica dalle informazioni di sistema***.

* Ubuntu
* Debian

### Error Bios information

* Le sessioni devono essere RDP.
* La postazione deve trovarsi nello stesso dominio.
* Le credenziali devono trovarsi nella sezione ***Strumenti*** della sessione ed essere corrette.
* Testi le richieste WMI direttamente dalla postazione per verificare se la comunicazione funziona.

### Error getting products information

Classe WMI non valida o classe WMI non trovata in Windows Server 2003. In Windows Server 2003, Win32\_Product non è abilitato per impostazione predefinita.
