# Inviare lo schema del database al supporto Devolutions

A volte il personale di supporto chiede lo schema del database.

Questa funzionalità è disponibile solo per gli spazi di lavoro supportati da un sistema di gestione di database come Azure SQL e SQL Server.

Se non riesce a inviare lo schema al personale di supporto seguendo la procedura riportata di seguito, utilizzi questa soluzione alternativa. Vada in ***File – Spazi di lavoro - Modifica - Aggiornamento***, quindi tenga premuto il tasto <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> e clicchi su ***Invia lo schema al supporto via e-mail***. Potrà poi salvarlo localmente incollandolo in un file di testo.

1. Vada in ***File – Spazi di lavoro - Modifica spazio di lavoro***.
2. Nella scheda ***Aggiornamento*** clicchi su ***Invia lo schema al supporto via e-mail***.
3. Inserisca le sue informazioni e clicchi su ***Invia***.
