# Inviare i log e il verbose di SSH Shell

Passaggi da seguire per raccogliere i log dettagliati di una sessione SSH Shell e inviarli al team di assistenza clienti.

1. Acceda alle proprietà della sua voce ***SSH Shell***.
2. Vada alla scheda ***Logs***.
3. Selezioni l'opzione ***Enable Logging***.
4. Imposti ***Verbose*** sul numero 2.
5. Selezioni ***Event*** come ***Log Mode***.

6. Inserisca il percorso in cui verranno salvati i log nel campo ***Log Path*** e clicchi su ***OK***.
7. Avvii la sua sessione.
8. Invii il file di log risultante al supporto tramite e-mail all'indirizzo <service@devolutions.net>.
