# Inviare i log RDP al nostro team di assistenza clienti da Remote Desktop Manager iOS

Segua questi passaggi per inviare i log delle sessioni al nostro team di assistenza clienti da Remote Desktop Manager iOS in caso di problemi con RDP.

1. Nella schermata principale dell'applicazione, prema ***More*** nella barra degli strumenti e selezioni ***Settings***.
2. Tocchi ***Sessions***.
3. In ***Sessions*** prema ***RDP***, per aprire la schermata delle impostazioni RDP, e ***Enable logging***.
4. ***Avvii*** la sessione RDP per riprodurre il problema.
5. Nella schermata principale, prema ***More*** nella barra degli strumenti e selezioni ***Tools***.
6. In ***File Repository***, dovrebbe vedere un file denominato RPD\_LOG.log. Prema sull'icona delle informazioni e selezioni ***Preview***.
7. Prema sull'icona nell'angolo in alto a destra dello schermo e selezioni l'applicazione di posta elettronica che preferisce.
8. Inserisca <service@devolutions.net> come destinatario e invii l'email.
