# Chiarimenti e informazioni su RDP

In Remote Desktop Manager, l'ultima versione RDP utilizza l'ultima versione del Microsoft RDP ActiveX presente sul sistema - si tratta sempre di **mstscax.dll**, ma la DLL contiene versioni diverse dell'interfaccia ActiveX.

FreeRDP è l'unico client RDP che integriamo in Remote Desktop Manager, ma viene utilizzato solo se si modifica la versione RDP scegliendo una delle opzioni FreeRDP disponibili. Tutte le altre opzioni utilizzano il Microsoft RDP ActiveX, che è sempre esterno a Remote Desktop Manager

Non abbiamo mai integrato il client Microsoft RDP in Remote Desktop Manager, principalmente perché non è possibile ridistribuirlo separatamente. Tutto ciò che serve per rimanere aggiornati è aggiornare Windows, poiché utilizziamo la DLL presente sul sistema, sulla quale non abbiamo alcun controllo.

In entrambi i casi, il client Microsoft RDP è esterno a Remote Desktop Manager In condizioni normali, non è previsto che si verifichi il fallback - se si richiede **mstscax.dll**, verrà sempre utilizzato **mstscax.dll** - la condizione in cui **mstscax.dll** è mancante non viene gestita.
