# Configurare una voce Microsoft SQL Server in Remote Desktop Manager

Configuri una voce Microsoft SQL Server in Remote Desktop Manager per gestire database, login, ruoli e job senza installare SSMS.

Una voce Microsoft SQL server funge da dashboard per i database SQL direttamente all'interno di Remote Desktop Manager, eliminando così la necessità di installare Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Sono supportate le seguenti azioni:

* Esecuzione di query SQL
* Elenco dei database
* Creazione/eliminazione di un database
* Elenco delle tabelle, visualizzazione dei contenuti e modifica
* Avvio/arresto/riavvio del servizio SQL Server
* Gestione dei login; creazione, modifica, eliminazione e reimpostazione delle password
* Gestione dei ruoli
* Visualizzazione dei log
* Gestione dell'agent e dei job

Per creare una voce Microsoft SQL server, faccia clic con il tasto destro nel riquadro di navigazione e selezioni ***Nuova voce*** oppure faccia clic sul pulsante ***Nuova voce*** situato nell'area dei contenuti (icona ***+***). Successivamente, si porti nella sezione ***Gestione remota*** e selezioni la voce ***Microsoft SQL server***.

Questa voce, semplice da configurare, presenta solo alcuni campi obbligatori. Inserisca prima un ***Nome***, quindi specifichi l'***Host*** e scelga se inserire le credenziali del server SQL manualmente o automaticamente con la sicurezza integrata.
