# YubiKey

Remote Desktop Manager le consente di utilizzare una ***YubiKey*** per fornire un ulteriore livello di sicurezza all'apertura di uno spazio di lavoro.

Prima di iniziare la configurazione, si assicuri di avere una ***YubiKey*** in suo possesso.

1. Se non l'ha già fatto, segua questi [passaggi di configurazione dell'autenticazione a più fattori](/rdm/it/getting-started/workspaces/multifactor-authentication.md).
2. Dopo aver selezionato il tipo di MFA ***YubiKey***, clicchi su ***Configure***.
3. Inserisca la ***YubiKey*** in una porta USB del suo computer.
4. Tenga premuto il pulsante dorato sulla ***YubiKey*** per far inserire il codice nel campo.
5. Clicchi su ***Save***.
6. Riavvii Remote Desktop Manager per ricevere la richiesta di un codice ***YubiKey***.

### Copy to YubiKey

Al collegamento di una YubiKey al sistema, il pulsante ***Copy to YubiKey*** compare nell'area contenuti delle voci di credenziali. Cliccando sul pulsante, il contenuto della voce viene copiato automaticamente sulla sua chiave.

Copy to YubiKey programma una password statica in uno slot OTP della YubiKey. Sovrascrive in modo permanente qualsiasi credenziale già presente in quello slot.

Se lo slot contiene un OTP Yubico utilizzato per l'MFA, incluso l'accesso a Remote Desktop Manager, gli accessi smetteranno di funzionare. Lo stesso vale per gli altri account che utilizzano quella credenziale. Non è possibile ripristinare la credenziale originale.

Utilizzi uno slot vuoto. Non sovrascriva mai uno slot su cui fa affidamento per l'autenticazione.
