XML
Remote Desktop Manager stores the workspace configuration directly in an XML file. You can configure an automatic refresh interval to keep the workspace synchronized across your devices.
While the XML file can be shared between multiple locations, this workspace type does not provide conflict management. If multiple users access and modify the same file, update conflicts and other synchronization issues may occur. For this reason, the XML workspace is intended for a single user working across multiple computers rather than for collaborative use between several users.
All passwords stored in the XML file are encrypted by default. For additional security, you can define a custom password (master key) to fully encrypt the file contents. Keep in mind that if the master key is lost, the data cannot be recovered. Make sure to store or back up the master key securely in a safe location.
