# Local workspaces

Local workspaces are intended for single users who do not wish to implement advanced security features.

To assist with selecting the appropriate workspace, here is a set of concerns and the list of workspaces that can serve in such a context.

#### Note

The master XML file is managed by a single user and synchronized through Remote Desktop Manager to a website hosted according to specified configurations. Accessing the data via a URL ensures that other users have read-only permissions.
