# Enregistreur local

Si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec Remote Desktop Manager Windows, vous pouvez aider notre équipe de support client à résoudre le problème en lui envoyant une courte vidéo de votre problème. Lancez cette fonctionnalité en utilisant ***Enregistreur local*** situé dans le menu ***Aide – Enregistreur local***.

L'***Enregistreur local*** est un enregistreur d'écran intégré et facile à utiliser qui peut même s'avérer utile pour votre formation interne, car il n'est pas limité à Remote Desktop Manager.

### Paramètres

Les options d'enregistrement local utilisent le format MP4, qui n'est pas pris en charge par les installations standard de Windows. Si vous rencontrez des difficultés pour visionner la vidéo, nous vous suggérons fortement d'utiliser un [lecteur VLC](http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html).
