# Compacter l'espace de travail (optimiser)

Lorsque votre espace de travail contient un grand nombre d'entrées, il est recommandé de les compresser afin d'éviter des problèmes de lenteur. La fonctionnalité ***Workspace (optimize)*** analyse toutes vos entrées, les compresse, puis les réenregistre, réduisant ainsi l'espace utilisé dans votre espace de travail.

Cette fonctionnalité nécessite un ***SQL workspace***.

### Paramètres

1. Ouvrez l'espace de travail que vous souhaitez optimiser.
2. Dans le ruban de Remote Desktop Manager, accédez à ***Administration*** et sélectionnez ***Pack workspace (optimize)***.
3. Cliquez sur ***Analyze***.
4. Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliquez sur ***Optimize*** pour procéder à l'optimisation de votre espace de travail. Vous pouvez sélectionner le ***coffre*** que vous souhaitez ***analyser*** et ***optimiser***, ou utiliser la fonctionnalité ***Optimize all*** pour effectuer l'action sur tous les coffres disponibles.
