# Impossible d'exporter un espace de travail
L'exportation d'un espace de travail échoue.
### Solution
1. Ouvrez Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Accédez au ruban.
3. Vérifiez que dans ***Administration – Autorisations système – Entrées – Exporter*** n'est pas défini sur ***Interdit***.
4. Cliquez sur ***OK*** pour enregistrer.
5. Assurez-vous que ***Permettre l'affichage du mot de passe pour les administrateurs et les utilisateurs autorisés*** est coché dans ***Administration – Paramètres système – Politique de mot de passe***.
6. Cliquez sur ***Enregistrer***.
