# Impossible de supprimer la licence

Remote Desktop Manager vous permet de supprimer la licence, mais celle-ci réapparaît toujours dans la liste.

### Solution

1. Dans ***Administration - Licences***, sélectionnez la licence, supprimez-la et fermez cette fenêtre.
2. Dans ***Administration - Paramètres système - Numéro de série***, vous devriez voir le même numéro de série. Sélectionnez-le, effacez-le et cliquez sur ***OK*** pour enregistrer.

La licence devrait maintenant être supprimée. Vous pouvez valider dans ***Administration - Licences***.
