# Les onglets apparaissent vides et Remote Desktop Manager ne répond plus

Dans Remote Desktop Manager, les onglets affichant du contenu Web intégré peuvent apparaître vides si la mise à l'échelle change pendant que l'application est en cours d'exécution. Dans de tels cas, l'application peut cesser de répondre. Le problème se produit habituellement lors de la déconnexion d'écrans ou de l'utilisation d'une station d'accueil. Ce bogue découle de limitations dans [WebView2](https://crushonme.github.io/2023/05/23/Webview2-stop-working-after-system-DPI-changed), puisque Remote Desktop Manager n'utilise pas actuellement le mode de prise en charge du PPP par écran.

### Modifier les paramètres de haute résolution

1. Dans l'Explorateur de fichiers Windows, naviguez vers ***%programfiles%\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager***.
2. Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur **RemoteDesktopManager.exe** et sélectionnez ***Propriétés***.
3. Allez à l'onglet ***Compatibilité***.
4. Cliquez sur ***Modifier les paramètres PPP élevés***.
5. Dans la section ***PPP du programme*** :
   1. Activez ***Utiliser ce paramètre pour corriger les problèmes de mise à l'échelle de ce programme au lieu de celui dans Paramètres***.
   2. Assurez-vous que le second paramètre est configuré à ***Je me suis connecté à Windows***.
6. Cliquez sur ***OK*** pour enregistrer les modifications.
7. Redémarrez Remote Desktop Manager.
