# Status 409 Wrong Key Hash - Please Update or contact support

L'erreur status 409 « Wrong Key Hash - Please Update or contact support » peut apparaître lors de la connexion à Devolutions Cloud dans Remote Desktop Manager si la version de l'application n'est pas à jour.

#### Solution

Mettez à jour l'application si une version antérieure est installée. Les versions minimales requises sont :

* Devolutions Password Manager : 2026.2
* Remote Desktop Manager, Launcher, Devolutions.PowerShell : 2025.3
