# Dépannage RPC

The RPC server is unavailable (exception from HRESULT: 0X800706BA)

Cette erreur peut survenir lors de l'utilisation normale de Remote Desktop Manager. Les causes principales sont liées à la connectivité réseau ou à des services Windows arrêtés.

### Solution

1. Assurez-vous que l'hôte est correctement identifié (nom ou adresse IP) et qu'il est bien en cours d'exécution et qu'il accepte le trafic réseau.
2. Assurez-vous que le pare-feu de l'hôte autorise le trafic entrant pour Windows Management Instrumentation.
3. Assurez-vous que les services suivants sont démarrés et configurés pour un démarrage automatique.

* TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
* Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
* Windows Management Instrumentation
