# Dépannage RPC

Corrigez l'erreur « The RPC server is unavailable HRESULT 0x800706BA » dans Remote Desktop Manager en vérifiant la connectivité de l'hôte, les règles de pare-feu et les services RPC.

The RPC server is unavailable (exception from HRESULT: 0X800706BA)

Cette erreur peut se produire lors de l'opération normale de Remote Desktop Manager. Les causes racines sont la connectivité réseau ou des services Windows arrêtés.

### Solution

1. Assurez-vous que l'hôte est correctement identifié (nom ou adresse IP) et qu'il est bel et bien en fonction et accepte le trafic réseau.
2. Assurez-vous que le pare-feu de l'hôte autorise le trafic entrant pour Windows Management Instrumentation.
3. Assurez-vous que les services suivants sont démarrés et que leur type de démarrage est réglé à automatique.
