# L'opération demandée ne peut pas être effectuée

Remote Desktop Manager Windows peut se bloquer, afficher un message d'erreur ou se fermer de manière inattendue. L'erreur suivante s'affiche :

"The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation".

### Solution

Modifiez l'***Éditeur du Registre*** pour autoriser la sauvegarde locale de la clé principale sans nécessiter de contrôleur de domaine en lecture-écriture (RWDC). Suivez les étapes ci-dessous :

1. Ouvrez l'***Éditeur du Registre*** et accédez à la clé suivante :

   `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Protect\Providers\df9d8cd0-1501-11d1-8c7a-00c04fc297eb`
2. Faites un clic droit sur la clé et créez une nouvelle valeur DWORD (32 bits) nommée `ProtectionPolicy`.
3. Définissez la valeur de `ProtectionPolicy` à ***1***.

Cette modification devrait résoudre le problème immédiatement et ne nécessite pas de redémarrer Remote Desktop Manager.
