# Les canaux virtuels de Remote Desktop Manager ne sont pas autorisés dans les environnements restrictifs

### Canaux virtuels

Les canaux virtuels sont des voies de communication établies entre un client et une session distante pour faciliter la transmission de données. Remote Desktop Manager utilise trois canaux virtuels pour les sessions RDP afin d'effectuer des sauts et d'exécuter des commandes : ***RDMJump***, ***RDMCmd*** et ***RDMLog***.

Ces canaux virtuels peuvent être restreints dans les environnements où les canaux virtuels ne sont pas autorisés.

### Solution

Des exceptions doivent être créées dans les environnements afin d'autoriser les canaux virtuels de Remote Desktop Manager.
