# Erreur d'authentification proxy requise

Lorsque vous ouvrez Remote Desktop Manager, vous recevez le message d'erreur suivant :

`The remote server returned an error. (407) Proxy Authentication Required`

### Solution 1

Pour configurer votre proxy, accédez à ***Fichier*** – ***Paramètres*** – ***Application*** – ***Proxy*** – ***Paramètres du proxy***, puis choisissez si Remote Desktop Manager doit utiliser le proxy système ou un proxy configuré manuellement.

### Solution 2

Ajoutez ***devolutions.net*** dans la liste d'exceptions de votre proxy.
