# Problèmes de reconnexion Microsoft RDP

Lorsqu'une connexion distante est verrouillée et demande le nom d'utilisateur et le mot de passe pour se reconnecter, plutôt que de fermer et de relancer la connexion, vous utiliseriez normalement la fonctionnalité de reconnexion.

Cependant, la session ne se reconnecte pas correctement, car les informations d'identification ne sont pas envoyées à la session distante.

### Solution

Dans ***Fichier – Paramètres – Types – Remote Desktop*** dans le menu déroulant ***Mode de reconnexion***, sélectionnez ***Complet***.
