# Invite d'identifiants RD Gateway Microsoft RDP
Ce problème survient lorsque vous avez configuré une passerelle RD avec certaines informations d'identification et que vous utilisez l'action de reconnexion. Vous êtes invité à saisir les informations d'identification de la passerelle RD et l'application ne réutilise pas les paramètres existants.
### Solution
Dans les ***Paramètres avancés*** d'une session RDP, définissez le ***Mode de reconnexion*** sur ***Complet***. Cela forcera la déconnexion/reconnexion complète et résoudra le problème.
