# MFA perdu sur l'application Remote Desktop Manager

Cette solution s'applique si vous avez configuré un MFA ou un mot de passe d'application dans votre application Remote Desktop Manager via ***Fichier*** – ***Paramètres*** – ***Sécurité***, et que vous avez perdu votre téléphone ou que vous vous êtes retrouvé bloqué hors de l'application.

### Solution

1. Assurez-vous que Remote Desktop Manager est complètement fermé.
2. Accédez au dossier de configuration de Remote Desktop Manager (par défaut `C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Devolutions`), puis renommez le dossier `RemoteDesktopManager` pour indiquer qu'il ne doit plus être utilisé, par exemple `RemoteDesktopManager.old`.
3. Relancez Remote Desktop Manager. Cette action crée automatiquement un nouveau dossier `RemoteDesktopManager` avec les configurations par défaut et remet Remote Desktop Manager dans un état équivalent à une nouvelle installation.
