# Perte de l'AMF configurée sur l'application Remote Desktop Manager

Cette solution s'applique si vous avez configuré une AMF ou un mot de passe d'application sur votre application Remote Desktop Manager dans ***Fichier*** – ***Paramètres*** – ***Sécurité*** et que vous avez perdu votre téléphone ou que vous vous êtes verrouillé hors de l'application.

### Solution

1. Assurez-vous que Remote Desktop Manager est complètement fermé.
2. Rendez-vous dans le dossier de configuration de Remote Desktop Manager (par défaut `C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Devolutions`), et renommez le dossier `RemoteDesktopManager` avec un nom indiquant qu'il ne doit plus être utilisé, par exemple `RemoteDesktopManager.old`.
3. Lancez Remote Desktop Manager de nouveau. Cela crée automatiquement un nouveau dossier `RemoteDesktopManager` avec les configurations par défaut, et fait en sorte que Remote Desktop Manager se comporte comme s'il venait d'être installé.
