# MFA perdu sur le Devolutions Account

Si vous avez configuré l'authentification multifacteur (MFA) mais que vous ne pouvez plus accéder à votre compte Devolutions, consultez la solution ci-dessous pour retrouver l'accès.

### Solution

[Des codes de récupération ont été créés](https://docs.devolutions.net/fr/portal/sign-in-security/multifactor-authentication/#recovery-codes-configuration) dans le cadre du processus de configuration MFA. Vous auriez dû les enregistrer dans un endroit sécurisé. Lors d'une tentative de connexion, cliquez sur ***Se connecter avec une autre méthode*** et saisissez l'un des codes de récupération.
