# MFA perdu sur Devolutions Server
Cette solution s'applique si vous avez configuré un MFA sur un utilisateur Devolutions Server qui a perdu son téléphone ou qui s'est retrouvé bloqué hors de l'espace de travail.
### Solution
1. Accédez à l'interface web de Devolutions Server avec un compte administrateur.
2. Dans ***Administration - Utilisateurs***, cliquez sur le crayon ***Modifier*** à côté de l'utilisateur bloqué.
3. Dans la section ***Multifactor***, changez le ***Type*** à ***None.***
4. Cliquez sur ***Mettre à jour*** pour enregistrer et fermer la fenêtre.
