# Erreur de plantage Kernelbase.dll

il est possible que vous voyiez le message d'erreur suivant à la fin du journal d'erreur de plantage de Remote Desktop Manager : `Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.18362.1, time stamp: 0x1a30e11b`.

### Solution

Puisque `KERNELBASE.dll` est un composant système de Windows, cela est hors du contrôle de Devolutions et ne peut pas être corrigé directement depuis Remote Desktop Manager.
