# Erreur inattendue Keeper Enterprise

Avec Keeper Enterprise dans Remote Desktop Manager, certains utilisateurs peuvent obtenir ce message d'erreur : `An unexpected error has occurred. Please check the execution log`.

Cela peut également se produire si vous n'avez pas de connexions individuelles à Keeper, mais une connexion SSO de domaine Enterprise.

### Solution

Dans la console ***Keeper Admin***, accédez à ***Admin - Roles - User Enforcement Policy*** et cliquez sur ***Enforcement Policies - Platform Restriction***, puis activez ***Commander SDK***.
