# Message d'erreur : code de statut HTTP non autorisé

Lorsque l'***option Basic Authentication*** est activée dans la fonctionnalité d'authentification du site web Devolutions Server, Remote Desktop Manager affiche le message d'erreur suivant :

HttpStatusCode: Unauthorized,
HttpErrorReason: Unauthorized,
Error: Unauthorized,
```

### Solution

1. Ouvrez ***IIS Manager***.
2. Développez l'arborescence dans le ***volet gauche***.
3. Sélectionnez le site web ou l'application Devolutions Server.
4. Ouvrez la ***fonctionnalité Authentication***.
5. ***Désactivez*** l'option ***Basic Authentication***.

Si d'autres sites sur cette machine ne nécessitent pas l'***authentification de base***, vous pouvez la désinstaller depuis les ***Server Roles*** dans ***Server Manager***.
