# L'onglet Documentation est vide

L'onglet ***Documentation*** d'une entrée est vide même si vous avez ***Réinitialiser la disposition*** dans l'onglet ***Fenêtre***.

### Solution

Validez d'abord que vous êtes autorisé à ***Voir la documentation*** dans ***Administration - Paramètres du coffre - Permissions - Documentation - Voir la documentation***.

Si tout est correct, il est possible que l'option de configuration de sécurité renforcée d'IE soit activée sur votre serveur. Cela pourrait empêcher et bloquer le chargement du document. Vous devriez la désactiver, mais nous vous conseillons de conserver la protection renforcée.
