# L'onglet Documentation est vide

L'onglet ***Documentation*** d'une entrée est vide bien que vous ayez effectué ***Réinitialiser la disposition*** dans l'onglet ***Fenêtre***.

### Solution

Vérifiez d'abord que vous êtes autorisé à ***Afficher la documentation*** dans ***Administration - Paramètres du coffre - Autorisations - Documentation - Afficher la documentation***.

Si tout est en ordre, cela peut être dû au fait que votre serveur a l'option de configuration de sécurité renforcée d'IE activée. Cela pourrait empêcher et bloquer le chargement du document. Vous devrez la désactiver, mais nous vous conseillons de conserver la protection renforcée.
