# Erreur : ID Devolutions Gateway par défaut introuvable

Dans Remote Desktop Manager, si l'enregistrement de session est configuré pour une passerelle mais qu'aucune passerelle par défaut n'a été définie, la session ne peut pas s'établir. Remote Desktop Manager retourne alors l'erreur suivante : "Unable to connect with Devolutions Gateway: Gateway ID (default) could not be found."

### Solution

Pour remédier à cela, ouvrez votre espace de travail Devolutions Server ou Devolutions Cloud, accédez à ***Administration***, puis cliquez sur l'icône Devolutions Gateway.

Définissez la passerelle par défaut souhaitée dans la section ***Général*** du menu Devolutions Gateway et enregistrez vos modifications.
