# Cisco AnyConnect

Corrigez l'envoi d'un mot de passe ou d'un numéro de groupe incomplet par Cisco AnyConnect en modifiant les paramètres UAC de Windows dans Remote Desktop Manager.

L'extension Cisco AnyConnect n'envoie pas les informations appropriées, comme le mot de passe ou le numéro de groupe, à la fenêtre DOS **vpncli.exe** pour établir la connexion VPN.

Par exemple, seulement la moitié du mot de passe est envoyée à la fenêtre Cisco AnyConnect.

### Solution

L'extension Cisco AnyConnect utilise sendkeys pour envoyer les informations à la fenêtre **vpncli.exe**. Le problème rencontré est causé par la fonctionnalité UAC de Windows. Activer/désactiver l'UAC sur votre ordinateur devrait résoudre le problème.

1. Sur votre ordinateur, allez dans ***Panneau de configuration – Comptes d'utilisateurs – Paramètres de contrôle de compte d'utilisateur***.
2. Sélectionnez ***Ne jamais m'avertir*** pour désactiver l'option.
3. Sélectionnez ***M'avertir*** ou ***Toujours m'avertir*** pour activer l'option.
