# Erreur Azure SQL : échec de connexion en raison d'une discordance d'utilisateurs lors du processus d'authentification

Un message d'erreur s'affiche dans un nouveau compte Remote Desktop Manager si le ***UserPrincipalName*** (UPN) du compte précédent a été modifié afin d'éviter de perdre les paramètres propres au coffre de l'utilisateur.

### Solution

1. Modifiez le ***propriétaire de la base de données Azure*** dans le portail Azure.
2. Supprimez le compte identifié par ***Expecting*** dans le message d'erreur, dans la ***section Sécurité*** de la base de données Azure dans SQL Server Management Studio.
3. Recréez le compte dans la ***section Sécurité*** de la base de données Azure dans SQL Server Management Studio.
4. Effectuez une ***correction de connexion SQL*** sur le compte dans ***Administration*** – ***Utilisateurs*** dans Remote Desktop Manager.
