# AggregateException - une ou plusieurs erreurs se sont produites

Lors d'une connexion à Devolutions Cloud, Remote Desktop Manager retourne une erreur commençant par le texte suivant :

```
AggregateException - One or more errors occurred.
at Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.RDMOProxy.RDMOWebApiClient.Login(String datasourceID, Boolean forcePromptLucid, String source)
```

Selon la cause exacte de l'erreur, plusieurs options peuvent résoudre ce problème.

### Solution 1

1. Accédez à ***Fichier – Paramètres – Application – Proxy (Web) – Paramètres du proxy***.
2. Si vous n'avez pas de proxy personnalisé configuré, essayez l'option ***Système par défaut***. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, réessayez avec ***Aucun proxy***.
3. Si vous travaillez en équipe, nous vous recommandons de consulter votre ***Administrateur*** pour savoir si vous devez utiliser un proxy personnalisé spécifique.

### Solution 2

1. Accédez à ***Fichier – compte Devolutions***.
2. Décochez l'option ***Connexion automatique au démarrage***.

### Solution 3

1. Accédez à ***Fichier – Paramètres – Sécurité*** et faites défiler jusqu'au bas de la page.
2. Sous ***Sécurité des certificats***, activez ***Ignorer les erreurs de certificat de l'application*** et désactivez ***Vérifier la révocation du certificat du serveur***.
