# Erreur d'exception de violation d'accès dans les sessions RDP

Lorsque vous tentez d'ouvrir une entrée de session RDP, vous pouvez rencontrer le message d'erreur "An unexpected error has occurred. Please check the application logs for more information." En consultant les journaux de l'application, l'erreur suivante s'affiche : System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

### Solution

Désactivez le hook d'API RDP dans les paramètres de Remote Desktop Manager :

1. Accédez à ***Fichier – Paramètres – Types – Remote Desktop – API Hooking***.
2. Dans la liste déroulante ***Enable API hooking***, sélectionnez ***Disabled***.

3. Redémarrez Remote Desktop Manager pour appliquer les modifications.
