# Problèmes du service d'optimisation du runtime .NET

Certains utilisateurs rencontreront un problème sous Windows 7 avec Remote Desktop Manager et recevront le message d'erreur suivant :

.NET Runtime Optimization Service (clr\_optimization\_v4.0.30319\_64) - 1>Failed to compile: C:\Program Files (x86)\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager Free\Embedded32.exe Error code = 0x80131f07

### Solution 1

Si possible, mettez à jour votre version de Windows 7. Microsoft 7 SP1 prend en charge .NET 4.8, mais la date de fin des [mises à jour de sécurité étendues (ESU)](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/windows-7-eos-faq/windows-7-extended-security-updates-faq) de Windows est janvier 2023.

### Solution 2

Utilisez le mode de compatibilité comme solution de contournement.

1. Faites un clic droit sur le raccourci de Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Sélectionnez ***Propriétés*** dans le menu contextuel.
3. Cliquez sur l'onglet ***Compatibilité***.
4. Cochez ***Exécuter ce programme en mode de compatibilité pour***.
5. Sélectionnez la version de Windows dans le menu déroulant.
6. Cliquez sur ***OK***.
