# Variables IP

Les variables `$IP$` doivent contacter le serveur DNS pour retourner une adresse IP. Cela peut entraîner des problèmes de performance ou empêcher le retour de l'adresse IP. Pour éviter cela, utilisez `$INFORMATION_IP$` – ou l'une de ses nombreuses variantes – pour résoudre et retourner l'adresse IP configurée dans l'entrée.

Pour configurer une adresse IP de cette façon, faites un clic droit sur une entrée, puis accédez à ***Propriétés*** – ***Asset*** – ***Network***.
