# Envoyer les journaux de l'application

L'équipe Devolutions aura besoin de vos journaux d'application dans certains cas pour aider à reproduire un problème spécifique.

### Envoi de vos journaux d'application

1. Avant de les envoyer, veuillez définir le ***niveau de débogage à 1*** en cliquant sur ***Profileur*** dans l'onglet ***Aide***.
2. Ensuite, cliquez sur ***Journaux d'application***.
3. Accédez à l'onglet ***Rapport*** et cliquez sur ***Envoyer au support***.
4. Remplissez vos coordonnées ainsi qu'une explication complète du problème et appuyez sur ***OK***.
