# Actualizar

Actualizar el espacio de trabajo permite actualizar su contenido. Normalmente, los espacios de trabajo se actualizan automáticamente después de un período de tiempo determinado.

Para actualizar el espacio de trabajo, utilice ***Archivo – Actualizar***. Realizar una actualización garantiza que su espacio de trabajo esté al día.

#### Actualización simple

Una actualización simple actualiza el espacio de trabajo para recuperar únicamente el contenido modificado. Utilice el mencionado ***Archivo – Actualizar*** o el botón de actualización de la ***barra de herramientas de acceso rápido***.

#### Actualización de la caché local

Una actualización de la caché local restablece la caché local del espacio de trabajo. Todo el contenido se recupera de la base de datos y el fichero de caché local se vuelve a crear. Haga clic en el botón de actualización mientras mantiene pulsada la tecla <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> o utilice la combinación de teclas <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>F5</kbd>. Una actualización de la caché local también puede ayudar cuando se experimentan problemas de [caché](/rdm/es/getting-started/workspaces/caching.md).
