# Resolución de problemas

Solucione problemas habituales de Remote Desktop Manager, como unidades de red asignadas que no aparecen, errores de carga de ensamblados y fallos al pegar, con soluciones paso a paso.

### Problema 1

Mis unidades de red asignadas no están disponibles cuando utilizo «ejecutar como administrador» para iniciar Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Solución

Esto se debe al Control de cuentas de usuario (UAC), una capa de seguridad integrada en Windows. En la práctica, se le considera un usuario diferente con preferencias diferentes, siendo las unidades de red asignadas una de esas preferencias.

Para disponer de las mismas unidades asignadas, tiene varias opciones:

1. Mediante un símbolo del sistema con privilegios elevados, vuelva a crear las mismas unidades asignadas utilizando el comando NET USE {DRIVENAME} {SHARENAME} /PERSISTENT:YES.
2. Modificar el registro para vincular las conexiones entre las cuentas.

### Problema 2

No se pudo cargar el fichero o ensamblado "system.enterpriseservices.wrapper.dll o una de sus dependencias". El sistema no puede encontrar la ruta especificada.

#### Solución

Este error se debe a una instalación corrupta de Microsoft .NET Framework. Consulte [Fichero de sistema corrupto](/rdm/es/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-articles/.net-corrupted-system-file.md) para obtener más información sobre cómo resolver este problema.

### Problema 3

El ensamblado de modo mixto está compilado con la versión 2.0.50727 del runtime.

Esto solo debería ocurrir en máquinas con entornos de desarrollo o cuando .NET Framework ha pasado por múltiples instalaciones/desinstalaciones.

#### Solución

En **RemoteDesktopManager.exe.cfg**, que se encuentra en la carpeta de instalación, localice el elemento startup y añada el atributo useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy.

El resultado final debería ser así:

`<startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">`

### Problema 4

No se puede pegar en ningún campo de Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Solución

Webroot SecureAnywhere AntiVirus puede causar el problema debido al módulo Identity Protection. Establezca **remotedesktopmanager.exe** en ***Allow*** y le permitirá volver a pegar en la aplicación.

### Problema 5

Todas mis sesiones se abren en modo integrado y/o externo.

#### Solución

Esto se puede cambiar en ***Fichero – Configuración – Interfaz de usuario – Panel de navegación – Acción de conexión predeterminada***.
