# Solución de problemas de RPC

El servidor RPC no está disponible (excepción de HRESULT: 0X800706BA)

Este error puede producirse durante el funcionamiento normal de Remote Desktop Manager. Las causas principales son la conectividad de red o servicios de Windows detenidos.

### Solución

1. Asegúrese de que el host esté correctamente identificado (nombre o dirección IP) y de que realmente esté en funcionamiento y aceptando tráfico de red.
2. Asegúrese de que el firewall del host permita el tráfico entrante para Windows Management Instrumentation.
3. Asegúrese de que los siguientes servicios estén iniciados y configurados con el tipo de inicio automático.

* Ayudante de NetBIOS sobre TCP/IP
* Llamada a procedimiento remoto (RPC)
* Windows Management Instrumentation
