# Problemas de permisos

A pesar de haber configurado sus permisos (ya sea mediante herencia o con permisos personalizados), puede que observe que no se aplican correctamente.

### Solución 1

Al crear usuarios, asegúrese de que su tipo de usuario esté establecido en ***User***.

### Soluciones 2

A menudo, los usuarios se crean sin concederles permisos directamente, sino que se añaden a grupos de usuarios que tienen esos permisos. Para comprobar si es el caso, vaya a ***Administration*** – ***Users*** y consulte la columna ***User Groups***. A continuación, puede [reasignar los usuarios a distintos grupos de usuarios o eliminarlos](/rdm/es/user-group-based-access-control.md) según sea necesario.

### Solución 3

Si los permisos se aplican a todo excepto a un subconjunto de entradas, puede que esas entradas hereden sus permisos de una carpeta principal que no hereda sus propios permisos de la configuración de la bóveda.

Para solucionarlo, haga clic derecho en la carpeta principal, vaya a ***Properties*** – ***Security*** – ***Permissions*** y asegúrese de que el permiso esté establecido en ***Inherited***.
