# Problemas de reconexión de Microsoft RDP

Cuando una conexión remota está bloqueada y solicita el nombre de usuario y la contraseña para reconectarse, en lugar de cerrar y volver a iniciar la conexión, normalmente utilizaría la función Reconectar.

Sin embargo, la sesión no se reconecta correctamente porque las credenciales no se envían a la sesión remota.

### Solución

En ***Archivo – Configuración – Tipos – Escritorio remoto***, en el menú desplegable ***Modo de reconexión***, seleccione ***Completo***.
