# Problemas de reconexión de Microsoft RDP

Los problemas de las sesiones de Microsoft RDP que no logran reconectarse con las credenciales guardadas en Remote Desktop Manager se solucionan estableciendo el Modo de reconexión en Completo.

Cuando una conexión remota está bloqueada y solicita el nombre de usuario y la contraseña para reconectarse, en lugar de cerrar y volver a iniciar la conexión, normalmente utilizaría la función Reconectar.

Sin embargo, la sesión no se reconecta correctamente porque las credenciales no se envían a la sesión remota.

### Solución

En ***Archivo – Configuración – Tipos – Escritorio remoto***, en el menú desplegable ***Modo de reconexión***, seleccione ***Completo***.
