# Error de protocolo de Microsoft RDP

`Because of a protocol error, this session will be disconnected. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.`

### Solución 1

1. En las propiedades de la sesión RDP, vaya a ***Común – General***.
2. En la pestaña ***Experiencia***, desmarque ***Almacenamiento en caché persistente de mapas de bits*** y ***Estilos visuales***.

3. Haga clic en ***Aceptar*** en la parte inferior para guardar los cambios.

### Solución 2

1. Cierre Remote Desktop Manager
2. Cambie el nombre del fichero "default.rdp" en ***Mis documentos*** a "default.old".
3. Reinicie Remote Desktop Manager e intente conectarse mediante RDP.

### Solución 3

1. Inicie sesión en la máquina de destino accediendo directamente a la consola de ese servidor o mediante cualquier herramienta, como VNC, para poder obtener acceso a esa máquina.
2. Haga clic con el botón derecho en el escritorio.
3. Seleccione ***Propiedades***.
4. Despliegue ***Temas*** y seleccione uno distinto al actual.
5. Haga clic en ***Aplicar*** y después en ***Aceptar***.
6. Conéctese a la máquina de forma remota.
