# El MFA con Yubikey no funciona al usar una entrada de 1Password

Si tiene una cuenta de 1Password en un dominio no global (.ca, .eu), el aviso de Yubikey fallará si menciona un inicio de sesión en el dominio global (.com) en una [entrada de credenciales de 1Password](/rdm/es/knowledge-base/how-to-articles/configure-a-1password-entry-in-remote-desktop-manager.md).

### Solución

1. Abra Remote Desktop Manager
2. Cree o seleccione la entrada de 1Password y vaya a las propiedades.
3. Asegúrese de que la región seleccionada para el dominio no global de la cuenta de 1Password sea la misma que el dominio global y de que toda la información básica esté añadida a la configuración.
4. Haga clic en ***Añadir*** o ***Actualizar*** para guardar la entrada.
