# Pérdida del MFA configurado en el workspace

El usuario ha perdido el teléfono que contiene la MFA de su espacio de trabajo. Tenga en cuenta que la solución siguiente no funcionará para espacios de trabajo SQL ni para contraseñas maestras perdidas en espacios de trabajo locales.

### Solución

Consulte [Pérdida de la MFA configurada en Devolutions Server](/rdm/es/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-articles/lost-the-mfa-set-on-devolutions-server.md) si es un usuario de Devolutions Server que ha perdido su MFA.

1. Cierre Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Busque estos dos ficheros y elimínelos. Si la aplicación se instaló con la configuración predeterminada, puede localizar el fichero en `%localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager`.

   * ***RemoteDesktopManager.enc***
3. Inicie Remote Desktop Manager.
