# Pérdida del MFA configurado en la aplicación Remote Desktop Manager

Esta solución se aplica si ha configurado una MFA o una contraseña de aplicación en su aplicación Remote Desktop Manager en ***Archivo*** – ***Configuración*** – ***Seguridad*** y si ha perdido su móvil o se ha quedado bloqueado fuera de la aplicación.

### Solución

1. Asegúrese de que Remote Desktop Manager está completamente cerrado.
2. Vaya a la carpeta de configuración de Remote Desktop Manager (por defecto `C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Devolutions`) y renombre la carpeta `RemoteDesktopManager` con un nombre que indique que ya no debe usarse, por ejemplo, `RemoteDesktopManager.old`.
3. Inicie Remote Desktop Manager de nuevo. Al hacerlo, se crea automáticamente una nueva carpeta `RemoteDesktopManager` con las configuraciones predeterminadas y Remote Desktop Manager se comporta como si se acabara de instalar.

3. Inicie Remote Desktop Manager macOS.
