# Error de certificado no válido al actualizar Remote Desktop Manager

Remote Desktop Manager muestra el mensaje de error "Invalid certificate" al intentar actualizar desde una versión anterior a la 2023.2.34.

Como medida de seguridad, Remote Desktop Manager incluye una lista de certificados aceptados para garantizar que las actualizaciones son distribuidas por Devolutions (un método denominado certificate pinning).

### Solución

Para resolver este problema, descargue e instale manualmente la actualización a través de su navegador.

1. En la cinta de opciones de Remote Desktop Manager, vaya a ***Ayuda – Buscar actualizaciones***.
2. En la pestaña ***Actualización disponible*** que se abre, haga clic en ***Descargar*** y, a continuación, en ***Descargar la actualización con su navegador predeterminado***. Su navegador se abre y la descarga debería comenzar.
